Sugarloaf Mountain Resort in Maine, USA is one of the top year-round destinations in New England. Sugarloaf is the largest ski area east of the Rockies. MPA SUMMER LEADERSHIP RETREAT

The Maine Principals’ Association, in collaboration with the Center for Creative Leadership, will be hosting a two-day retreat for leadership teams to:

• Build internal leadership capacity; 
• Develop a clear vision of his/her leadership strengths and developmental needs;
Learn strategies to manage energy and build resilience in service of achieving goals;
• Have a deeper understanding of the types of innovations and strategies for building team collaboration and gain support for innovation;
• Learn how to manage change and transitions in the workplace; and
Leave the retreat with a finely tuned, actionable plan for immediate implementation.

Cost: $1,100 per team of four (or $275/person), $200 for each additional member after four


EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY.
DISCOUNTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED AFTER THE FOURTH PERSON REGISTERS.


Includes planning development time, leadership support and guidance, workshops, and meals and refreshments

Keynote Speakers...

Greg Cameron is a faculty member for the CCL’s Education and Nonprofit Sector. His focus is on designing and delivering leadership programs for academic and nonprofit leaders. He brings twenty years of experience in leading change, designing and delivering professional development, and team leadership.

Michael Depass is a faculty member working within the Center’s Education and Nonprofit Sector. His focus is on designing and delivering leadership programs for academic and nonprofit leaders. He brings twenty years of experience leading change, designing and delivering professional development, and coaching and mentoring leaders
