About the Program...

What does it take to deal with the speed of educational change? All leaders need effective decision-making skills, which includes what it takes to implement the decision to change, how to manage resistance, and how to grow one’s stress tolerance to manage it all.

This two-day conference will provide cognitive, social, and psychological resources to help leaders play in the ‘deep end’ in the pool.

Bring your mobile device to get full benefit of the conference.
